I'm a husband and a father of three! In a nutshell I love to teach, learn, train and compete in BJJ.
I have had the opportunity to train with some of the best teachers and athletes in the world; Fateh Belkalem (many time international Judo champion) and Bruno Fernandes (gave Georges St. Pierre is Black Belt in BJJ) both of Gracie Barra.
One of the things that really attracted me to BJJ is the ability to remain mobile while working off the back. The facts say that 90% of fights go to the ground, so for self defence or competition purposes it is a good idea to know how to get around on the ground weather you want to get back to your feet or not.
There is no other workout quite the same; learning to control your breathing, remaining calm in dire situations and mastering a game based on your own body type. I recommend everyone try it out at least once to see what it is all about. I guarantee a family orientated environment promoting growth for the individual as well as the team.

- IJF second degree black belt
- BJJ Second Degree Brown Belt under Bruno Fernandes, Gracie Barra
- 5 Year degree in theory and methodology of sports training, University of Algiers
- Former Algerian National team member and 3 times National Judo champion
- Extensive competition experience at International level in Judo
- Coached Algerian Junior National Team
- Owner, operator Gracie Barra London BJJ Academy
